Our Six steps to Recruitment success

That’s why we came up with a six step recruitment process that we strictly adhere to from the moment we set out to find and appoint the right person into the right role at the right time.


STEP 1 Consultation

First, we assess our clients’ unique needs and come up with a bespoke solution for success

STEP 2 Resourcing

We put into action an approach that will reach relevant candidates via a mix of marketing channels

STEP 3 Vetting/Screening

We speak with interested candidates via telephone or face-to-face interview to assess whether their skillset is correct and attitude right for the company culture. We also carry out reference checks

STEP 4 Submission

We submit shortlisted candidates to our client with any relevant documentation and proof of qualifications, if required

STEP 5 Interview stage

We arrange interviews for and prep shortlisted candidates so that they’re fully aware of the company’s business and structure and have a good understanding of the role

STEP 6 Acceptance of offer

When an offer is made, we keep client and candidate informed of any questions or queries regarding the offer of employment and negotiate any specific conditions, if required, to ensure that when a contract is signed, both parties are happy
